Disabled Children Support Programme
Hope and healing
REBUILDING LIVES AND SUPPORTING CHILD SURVIVORS OF WAR
Conflict-affected areas are where children often bear the harshest impacts of war, enduring severe injuries that change their lives forever. In Turkey, we provide vital support to young survivors who have lost limbs or suffered other life-altering injuries. These children face unique daily challenges, while their families struggle with the extra financial strain of specialised medications and mobility aids.
Our organisation steps in to alleviate these burdens, offering financial assistance and support to ensure children receive essential resources.
Through monthly allowances and tailored aid, we help families access the medical care, educational support, and everyday necessities their children need. This support enables parents and carers to prioritise their children’s wellbeing, helping them avoid impossible financial choices.
After war and natural disasters, children are often left with lifelong physical and emotional scars. By partnering with local communities and carers, we provide a network of support that helps each child adapt to their unique challenges. From infants injured before they could walk to adolescents striving to regain independence, our organisation stands beside them as they build brighter futures.
Dignity Restored
A FUTURE BEYOND SURVIVAL
Our commitment is about more than immediate relief. It's about offering these children a life of dignity, resilience, and hope. Addressing not only medical but also educational and social needs, we take a holistic approach to their recovery. With compassionate support and ongoing partnerships, we aim to give every child affected by war the chance to rebuild their lives and thrive.
